Lots of people have different opinions about sports but in my opinion I think sports is better than music.Sports and Music have a lot of different benefits that can be really similar.
Mood boost, Sports can improve your mental health. Your mental health is really important even very young children may show early warning signs of mental health concern. Playing sports can also increase your confidence. Sports can help with reducing stress. Stress can cause a lot of different problems. Long term stress can increase your risk of mental health disabilities and stress can overburden your mind with incessant worries and it also could cause mental health problems.
Sports are not just fun but it’s also good for your body. It can help with your heart and make it stronger. Your heart is really important. If your heart is too weak it won’t be able to pump the amount of blood that your body needs.it also helps with your lungs function. Your lungs are part of the respiratory system, a group of organs and tissues that work together to help you breathe.Sports can also reduce the risk of getting diabetes.
Finally when playing sports you get a lot of exercise. Exercise is also a really important thing that helps your body. Exercise can improve your muscles and can boost your endurance.Exercise can increase blood and it can raise the oxygen levels in your body. Sports also makes you sleep better.Exercise and sports triggers chemicals in your brain that can make you feel happier and relaxed

Hello Kimi, I think your writing was really good. You stated your opinion on Sports in so many different ways. I very much agree that Spors is a lot better than music. Maybe before you publish your work you should check your punctuation and Capital Letters after your fullstops.
