Kapa haka

In my opinion I believe that Kapa haka is good for people.

Expression, Kapa haka provides students with a platform of expression. Expression can help improve decision making and it can also reduce stress. Kapa haka gives people the opportunity  to experience and express success. Kapa haka can help people gain their confidence through performance and It makes people step up as leaders and role models. Kapa haka can enhance  positive well being by encouraging a sense of belonging 

Culture and strength, Kapa haka provides an avenue for Maori students to access  the Maori  world and  be culturally connected. The most important  components of Kapa Haka are its intrinsic link to culture and Maori identity. Kapa Haka  shows A strength of the moment  towards increased health and fitness within  Kapa haka that it is achieved collectify. An important social benefit towards Kapa Haka is that it provides a positive,strength based environment for some people.

I think  that Kapa Haka is good for people and that schools should do Kapa Haka.
